Bayside Manor & Marina Vista Parks are getting an upgrade!

The City of Millbrae is upgrading both Bayside Manor and Marina Vista Parks to better serve the needs of the neighborhood and ensure the parks may be enjoyed for years to come.

(March 2024 update) - Project Going Out to Bid!

After the completion of community outreach, the project team drafted and refined design concept plans for both parks, which were presented to and approved by City Council in June 2023 (shown below).
Our team created construction documents based on these concepts and the project is now going out to bid to build these improvements.
